Question: Why belong to Key Executive Partners (KEP)?

Answer: The topics are always picked by the KEP members therefore the members have a stake in each topic. Each member will be afforded the opportunity to learn more on a specific topic, be able to discuss potential solutions with each other, and given proper processes and procedures to do so.

Question: How will the Partners Groups be structured?

Answer: The monthly Partners’ meeting consists of two parts: An expert on the chosen topic speaks for the first half of the meeting and the balance of the time is a highly interactive process that draws on the expertise of other top executives. A time to discuss the speaker’s subject or any of the individual challenges we are currently facing. Members will have the chance to listen and discuss with each other.

Question: What makes the KEP different from other Groups?

Answer: The Key Executive Partners brings real world examples and solutions from fellow executives with no hidden agenda to help you do your job better.

The KEP also brings you the opportunity to utilize manageable tools, systems and processes to help simplify your business and allow others to share processes that may have been helpful in the management of their business as well. The meetings will allow you to share problems and ideas from your company and get unbiased input from your peers.

Question: How will being involved with the KEP improve or help my business?

Answer: By being a Partner member, you will have access to an interactive perspective to other businesses, how they are successfully run, and also have access to processes and tools to help you better manage your business performance. It is a great opportunity to get input on a variety of subjects you may not think about or know of normally. Also, you get input and expertise from others so you don’t make the same mistake others have made.

Question: Why would belonging to the KEP benefit me?

Answer: So many things, affecting business, are happening; Key Executive Partners and its members keep you informed about what is going on. The format allows for confidential discussions with a supportive group of peers. Being an executive gives a new meaning to the phrase – “it’s lonely at the top”. Participating with your peers socially and through KEP eliminates this issue.

Question: By participating in the KEP meetings, what other benefits, knowledge, and/or information will I have access to?

Answer: By being a KEP member, you have access to unlimited knowledge and information from your peers. You will also have access to processes, systems and tools such as online software to better help you manage and control your day to day business operations. By understanding certain processes and tools, you will have the opportunity, through the input of all concerned, to better manage and enhance the growth and profitability of your company. Performance managed companies have a greater chance for growth and success, and you can be a part of it.
